I cannot say enough wonderful things about Phil and Chase from Rapid Restore! They did an absolutely amazing job helping us with water damage and making sure the affected areas were properly dried out. Their professionalism, dedication, and outstanding customer service went above and beyond our expectations.

What impressed us most was their willingness to help at any time of the night without a single complaint. No matter when they were needed, they showed up ready to work, remained positive, and made sure everything was taken care of. They never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them, even during late-night calls and difficult situations.

Phil and Chase truly went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much easier for us. Their hard work, reliability, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping people deserve to be recognized. Blown away by this company and their services, Chase and Phillip were especially great! Not only did they respond and arrive within an hour of us calling, they came late into the evening and worked quickly and efficiently to ensure minimal damage to our carpet and home. They were also always mindful of noise when our small children were napping, which was so appreciated. Great communication skills, attention to detail, and ensured customer satisfaction. Always felt supported and heard. They explained every step along the way and provided advice on each next move. Upon completion, you couldn't even tell we had work done. The carpet was reinstalled perfectly and they even moved back furniture to where it was before things started. Cannot recommend them enough! East Restore did an excellent job in restoring the water damage in my home. They are very friendly, and the quality of their work is outstanding.
